Parkinson's Disease Multi-Omics Project

This project explores Parkinson’s Disease using a multi-omics approach. It involves single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), bulk RNA sequencing, and mutation analysis. Participants will work with tools like Seurat, DESeq2, GATK, VCF, and R. The project is hands-on and mentored, designed for deep learning. Only five collaborators are selected to ensure focused guidance. It aims to uncover transcriptomic and genomic insights in Parkinson’s pathology.

MetaPath-Cardio Project - Coronary Artery Disease

This project focuses on coronary artery disease (CAD) through integrative multi-omic analysis. It combines metabolomics, transcriptomics, and microRNA data to identify molecular drivers of CAD. Participants take roles as data analysts for RNA-seq, miRNA, and metabolomics. The study is remote and supported by expert mentorship. It offers co-authorship opportunities for meaningful contributions. The goal is to understand disease mechanisms through in-silico data integration.
